Mouse Ablaze - A Case of Poetic Justice?

Whether you are a believer in Karma or other forms of worldly punishment for "so called sins" this occurence of such "justice" seems a bit extreme to say the least.
 
In Fort Sumner, New Mexico 81 year old Luciano Mares, threw a mouse he had found in his home into the fire and what happened next is one of those things you only think you see in the movies or read about in books. To Mares disbelief and horror the mouse, aflame from the fire, ran into Luciano's house, catching the house on fire and completely destroying it. Luckily no one was injured.
 
What can be learned from this:
 
Don't throw live animals into fires. It's cruel and inhumane. As unfortunate and tragic as this there's a lesson to be learned here. Play with fire and you will get burned. For a current link to this story visit here.
