Hurricane Rita - Is more devastation coming?

What is up with our weather?

 

Is this the result of global warming or a much higher power? Or is just circumstance? Whatever the case if I lived on any coastal area that was affected by hurricanes I would consider packing my bags and moving right about now.

 

The evacuees who are in certain Texas coastal cities are being told to move again as the new Hurricane Katrina is being upgraded as it moves west along the gulf coast area. Surely these victims of Hurricane Katrina may feel as they are being chased by the weather and the forces controlling it.
